Must have successfully completed medical training at a (4) four year accredited medical school and received a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) degree.
Current license with the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board of Medical Examiners.
Completed successfully a residency in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Controlled Substance Certification and current CPR Certification required
