Records and transcribes meeting minutes, prepares meeting agendas and keeps project logs accurate and up-to-date.
Supervise current projects and coordinates al team members to keep workflow on track.
Possesses information technology acuity to learn and use various software applications.
Types memorandums, letters and other documents as required by project staff.
Assists project teams with tasks as per objectives.
Works collaboratively with the Director, Risk Management and Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance Officer and other team leaders to maximize project productivity.
Assists with external vendors and schedules appointments.
Participates actively in the planning and organization of company events.
Responsible for maintenance of peer review files.
Responsible for developing and managing project management plans.
Manages and maintains deliverables calendar.
Completes any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, maintaining files, typing/drafting reports and managing correspondences from project team members.
Ability to research and make recommendations regarding information technology tools.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered. Project Management experience preferred.
