Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Records and transcribes meeting minutes, prepares meeting agendas and keeps project logs accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinates al team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Possesses information technology acuity to learn and use various software applications.
  • Types memorandums, letters and other documents as required by project staff.
  • Assists project teams with tasks as per objectives.
  • Works collaboratively with the Director, Risk Management and Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance Officer and other team leaders to maximize project productivity.
  • Assists with external vendors and schedules appointments.
  • Participates actively in the planning and organization of company events.
  • Responsible for maintenance of peer review files.
  • Responsible for developing and managing project management plans.
  • Manages and maintains deliverables calendar.
  • Completes any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, maintaining files, typing/drafting reports and managing correspondences from project team members.
  • Ability to research and make recommendations regarding information technology tools.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered. Project Management experience preferred.
