The Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for building maintenance, upgrades and repairs, as well as equipment assembly, repair, and replacement such as office furniture, lights, and general equipment, in coordination with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager and the Director of Facilities and Project Management.

Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and the Director of Pharmacy, the PRN Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacist in performing all routine tasks and in managing and coordinating all aspects of the Pharmacy Department in accordance with established policies and procedures set forth by the Tandem Health and within the constraints of the State Board of Pharmacy.

The Registered Dietitian will be integrated into the office-based health care team to work in partnership to promote patient-centered care, frequent contact with primary care providers, medical home team members, and actively participate in interdisciplinary patient-centered team meetings.

The Clinical Director of Pediatrics is responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior quality patient care, developing clinical strategic goals and direction, and assisting with the recruitment and retention of the Pediatric medical staff at Tandem Health. Delivers effective and efficient patient care during required clinical time in compliance with established clinical protocols.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the planning, organization, and oversight of all activities of the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Officer provides support and leadership to all managers and employees of Tandem Health.

The Behavioral Health Counselor provides School-Based Health Care (SBHC) behavioral health services to students and their families at assigned schools in Sumter County. The SBHC Behavioral Health Counselor partners with school administrators, faculty and school nurse to provide high-quality, family-centered care. The SBHC Behavioral Health Counselor provides mental health assessments and treatment plans. SBHC services are coordinated with the students, their parents and other health care providers.

Responsibilities include precepting the Nurse Practitioners on staff and assuming an active role in meetings, provider CPI activities and other team building activities. Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Under the direct clinical supervision of the assigned Dentist and the Dental Services Clinical Coordinator, the Dental Assistant is the dentist's chair-side helper who assists with patient care, as required. The Dental Assistant may also act as a front office dental receptionist.

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management of assigned patients in an outpatient behavioral health practice.
